Maintaining good physical health habits can reduce stress, lower disease risk, and improve your general well-being. You’ve heard it all before about how a balanced diet, exercise, good sleep, and the right amount of water can make a difference and there’s a reason – it works! Diet doesn’t have to be a dirty word used for punishment, instead it is the choices you make about the foods you eat and the nutrition your body craves.
